Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Indbro Chicken website and mobile experience (collectively, the "Platform"), and the ordering and delivery of products offered through the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law to use the Platform and place orders. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Security

To place orders and access certain features, you may need to create an account and authenticate using your mobile number and one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized access or misuse of your account, you must notify us immediately through the support channels mentioned in the app or website.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

We strive to show accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. However, products are subject to change, may be available only in selected locations, and may have limited quantities.

Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, will be shown before you confirm your order.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Order confirmation on the Platform represents an acknowledgement of your order; final acceptance occurs when we: (a) validate your payment or cash-on-delivery eligibility, (b) confirm product and slot availability, and (c) begin order preparation.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order, in whole or in part, due to reasons including but not limited to: inaccurate information, stock unavailability, operational constraints, suspected fraud or misuse, or serviceability limitations for your delivery address.

6. Delivery & Serviceability

Delivery slots and estimated delivery times shown on the Platform are indicative and depend on factors such as order volume, inventory, routing, and traffic conditions. In rare circumstances, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled.

Certain pincodes or addresses may not be serviceable. The Platform will attempt to validate the deliverability of your address using your selected pincode and slot. If your area is not serviceable, you will be prompted to update your address or pincode before completing the order.

7. Payments & Billing

We support various payment methods including online payments (e.g., UPI, cards, wallets) and, where indicated, cash on delivery (COD). By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

In case of online payments, your payment may be processed and verified by third-party payment gateways. Orders may be cancelled if payment authorization fails, is reversed, or is suspected to be fraudulent. 8. Quality, Handling & Consumption

We take food safety and handling seriously and aim to deliver chilled or frozen products within the recommended temperature range. Once delivered, you are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing the products and consuming them within the recommended time.

Please do not consume products that appear tampered with, spoiled, or damaged. In such cases, contact our support team immediately with your order details and supporting photos where possible.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems.
  • Interfering with the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, branding, text, graphics, and UI elements, is owned by or licensed to Indbro Chicken and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indbro Chicken shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, delays or failures in delivery, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
